    We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates, time frames or times as this is not something our carrier partners would be able to guarantee either. As a customer, it is your responsibility to monitor your parcel and tracking information closely.

    If the tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact us via trapssolvent@gmail.com within 3 business days. After 3 business days from the indicated delivered date in the tracking information, any issues related to the non-receipt of the parcel will not be considered our responsibility.

    Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

    Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

    There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses.
